A Fine Whine
By Ewen Glass
I didn’t know pelvic floor exercises were a thing for men,
but here I am pinching and holding and counting
my youth. My favourite bedroom Bandcamp artist
now has a tragic family story. Irony feels so central
to my identity, now it goes completely unnoticed.
Who am I to be believed? I’ve started complaining
about drag races on the other side of town. It’s dark.
They’re going too fast. It’s late. I’m going too fast.
I don’t want to go to the other side of town.
